Terms of service

These are the rules for ordering a commission. They may change at any time so please keep that in mind. Before commissioning, please read them all to avoid possible misunderstanding. If you have questions regarding any of them, don't be afraid to ask!

By ordering you agree to the following:

CONTACT AND ORDER

1. Please provide image references of your character/s in flat color, as well as poses if you wish to. Please gather those references and instructions in one place for my convenience and make those descriptions as concise and clear as possible.2. Preferred form of contact is via Instagram or Discord. If possible, please use these two options since I am most active on them both.3. I may take a while to finish your commission, so don't be afraid to check in from time to time to ask for progress shots.4. If you wish for your commission to be similar in style to any of my previous works, please tell me beforehand. My artstyle tends to change a lot between each drawing.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE, USE AND CREDIT

1. These commission prices are strictly for personal use. You are welcome to use it for any non-commercial private purpose as long as you attribute the image to me and not remove my signature. Those purposes include, for example: using the image as an avatar, using the image as a reference to order more commissions.2. If you wish to post the image online, please do that with proper credit to me - a link to my Instagram or carrd would be preferable but my nickname (fishkko) will suffice.3. I'm not doing commercial commissions at the moment.4. I will not accept commissions that will relate to any kind of NFT/Cryptocurrency trading. In addition you do not have the right to use any file I send you in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI datasets, AI tools or future inventions in the space.5. I don't allow copying or redrawing finished orders.6. If you want to order a NSFW commission, you MUST be a legal adult where you live.7. I have the right to post the commissioned piece online. Please provide your social media or a nickname for me to include. If you would like me to refrain from posting it online, or if you wish to stay anonymous, do let me know beforehand.8. I have the right to reject any submitted commission without the obligation to give a reason.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

1. You agree to pay all of the amount upfront before I start the commission. I accept payments via Ko-fi in EUR or via Blik in PLN. Any other payment mode (payment in person at a convention, bank transfer, etc) has to be mutually agreed before I start working. I will not start working on your commission until I receive the full payment.2. The final price of the commission may change due to the complexity of the piece and the the amount of time it will take me to finish. The price includes reviews at each stage (sketch, lineart/clean sketch, colours, shading, final touches). If you demand major changes to a previous stage after I have moved to the next, I will have to increase the price to cover the additional time the piece will take to finish (see more in the REVISIONS below)3. You cannot ask for a refund after the approval of a sketch, unless there were no progress checkups in at least two months without any provided reason.4. Do not revert the transfer without contacting me first, or you will be blacklisted.5. If you know that you won’t be able to communicate with me for a period of time for various reasons, inform me of the time frame (you don’t need to provide a reason). It will result in exceeding the time frame stated as deadline that gives you the right to request a refund.6. If for any reason I won't be able to complete the commission, I will partially refund it, depending on how much of the art was finished.7. Please stay in contact for the duration of commissioning and making the piece. In case of no response, I will stop working on the piece until you write back.8. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. This does not include criticism of the work I do for you, so feel free to be as honest as you want when you do not like something. You will receive a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. I can and will refuse any service to you in the future if you are rude or inappropriate.

REVISIONS

1. The price includes up to two complete revisions at every stage - usually sketch, lineart/clean sketch, colours and shading.2. A reasonable amount of minor edits at each stage (such as changing an eye colour or fixing a small detail) is free of charge.3. Any requests above that or major revisions requiring me to go back a stage after approval, will have to be agreed on and can result in a price increase. Such increase will be invoiced separately and will cause me to halt working on the commission until you pay the extra amount.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

1. I will send you a .png file to your Email/Discord or to your provided Google Drive folder unless other mode is requested. I am open to any method of delivery as long as it is convenient for both of us.2. I cannot be held accountable if you lose access to the delivery method such as server space or upload services, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles, but I will do everything in my power to help you regain it.*.
